Engine Widgets

Engine widgets are reusable ImGui primitives for runtime UI and editor UI. Build the widget data, then call its draw function inside an active ImGui frame. Each widget page below gives a short overview; the full API lives in the linked documentation.

Widget What it is
Table Draws a text table with fixed headers, proportional column widths, and clipped cell text

Table

Table renders a simple text table with fixed structure checks, proportional column widths, and clipped cell text. It is a thin helper around ImGui::BeginTable for leaderboards, scoreboards, and debug listings.

"leaderboard_table",
{ "Rank", "Player", "Score", "Details" }
);
table.setColumnWidth( 0, 0.12f );
table.setColumnWidth( 1, 0.30f );
table.setColumnWidth( 2, 0.18f );
table.addRow( { "#1", "Avery", "92100 pts", "combo x4" } );
table.addRow( { "#2", "Morgan", "88100 pts", "combo x3" } );
table.draw( ImVec2( 0.0f, 0.0f ) );

Definition Table.h:18
void setColumnWidth(std::size_t columnIndex, float widthFraction)
Sets the preferred normalized width for a column.

The first constructor argument is the ImGui table id and must be unique within the current ImGui scope. The header list fixes the column count.

Cell text is clipped to the table cell and does not wrap. Use shorter strings or pre-format cell content when wrapping is required.

Column widths are stored as fractions of the total table width. See the API documentation for the width-resolution rules and the assert conditions on setColumnWidth(), addRow(), and the other methods:
